Deep Tissue Sports/Remedial Massage
Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique that can help alleviate musculoskeletal issues such as strains and sports injuries. By applying sustained pressure to the inner layers muscles and connective tissues, deep tissue massage can break up scar tissue and reduce tension. This technique can also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. While deep tissue massage is primarily used to treat physical pain and stiffness, it can also help you relax mentally.

Myofascial Release (MFR)
Myofascial release is a hands-on therapy designed to alleviate pain and enhance mobility by easing tension in the fascia, a delicate network that supports our muscles, bones, and organs.
By applying slow, consistent pressure, therapists promote flexibility and suppleness in the fascia, adjusting the intensity to suit individual comfort levels.
This therapy effectively addresses a range of conditions, including frozen shoulder, TMJ disorder, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, headaches, pelvic floor disorders and sports injuries, while also improving posture and increasing range of motion. As a safe, all-natural treatment, myofascial release harnesses the body's ability to heal itself, making it an ideal holistic option for those seeking relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

Myofascial Cupping - as part of MFR or Massage
Cupping therapy is an ancient treatment method originating from Eastern China and Africa, designed to relieve pain and tension in the body. This technique involves applying plastic cups to areas of musculoskeletal tension, using suction pressure to create a gliding motion over the skin or placing cups on specific trigger points to alleviate discomfort. By enhancing blood flow and reducing localized acute and chronic tension, cupping therapy provides an effective solution for restoring balance and promoting overall well-being.

This touch therapy is grounded in the principle that specific points on the feet, or hands, correspond to various areas of the body, and reflexology stimulates these points to promote healing.
Reflexology offers clients a dedicated time for relaxation, characterized by personalized attention and nurturing touch within a compassionate setting. This therapy can be safely integrated with conventional healthcare practices to support improved health outcome
